Another day and another snow surprise. We had 20 students from Calgary French International School at Confederation Park today volunteering. They farmed snow onto about 400m of trail on the yellow loop! Thank your help! Snow farming is the main way we increase the snow pack to enable track setting and a thicket base to survive through chinooks. While that was happening we received about 5cm of new snow!
The yellow, green and blue trails were groomed and trackset this afternoon. There is more snow farming tonight and the plan is to groom that snow, the purple trail and the driving range.
