Driving Range and all trails groomed the night of February 12. Trails are in excellent condition! Some ridges exist on the flats of the Driving range due to overlapping while grooming. Happy trails!
The snow danced worked!! Purple and Green skate loops were rolled/groomed. Yellow and Blue Classic loops were groomed and trackset. Driving range was also rolled and trackset. Canmore Park was also groomed and trackset. Happy skiing!
After an incredible snowfall in town, 7 km of trails were groomed and trackset at Shaganappi on Saturday. Get out there!
Lots of new snow!! Rolled yellow, purple, blue, green and orange loops. Trackset yellow, blue and orange loops. Conditions are excellent with all the new snow!
The driving range was groomed and trackset on January 29. The Blue loop was groomed and trackset, and the Purple and Green skate loops groomed, on the 28th. Conditions are generally good with a few spots with exposed grass showing on the tracks.
Snow farming completed in driving range and thin spots on purple, yellow, green and blue loops. All trails groomed and trackset. Conditions are good to excellent with a few thin spots still present.
Skate and classic trails have been groomed and trackset over the past couple of days. Warm weather has exposed a few thin spots - our snow farming volunteers helped fill many of these in Wednesday night though. Generally, conditions are quite good.
Outer loop at Canmore Park trackset, and additional classic and skate lanes were groomed along 19th Street. Generally good conditions, with a few thin spots.
The wonderful volunteer groomers were able to get out and groom again before the weather warmed up. Did you know that grooming mixes air in with the snow - so grooming in warm weather actually speeds up melting! Kudos to the volunteers for getting out while it was still cold. Enjoy!
